Objekti i kontratës
Objekti i kontratës është rehabilitimi dhe zëvendësimi i pajisjeve të pompimit në stacionet ekzistuese të pompimit të operuara nga Kompanitë Rajonale të Ujësjellësit pjesëmarrëse.
Punimet përfshijnë, por nuk kufizohen në:

Verifikimin e kushteve hidraulike, mekanike, elektrike dhe ndërtimore në terren;
Projektimin e detajuar inxhinierik dhe përgatitjen e dokumenteve të zbatimit;
Furnizimin e pompave, motorëve, pajisjeve hidraulike, valvulave, instrumentacionit, sistemeve elektrike dhe të kontrollit;
Çmontimin dhe asgjësimin e pajisjeve ekzistuese, sipas nevojës;
Instalimin dhe integrimin në infrastrukturën ekzistuese;
Testimin, vënien në punë, funksionimin provë dhe dorëzimin e instalimeve.

Punimet do të kryhen në lokacionet e mëposhtme:

KRU Prishtina - Stacioni i Pompimit Kodra I;
KRU Mitrovica - Stacionet e Pompimit Tuneli 1 dhe Staritërg;
KRU Hidrodrini - Stacioni i Pompimit Jarina-Klinë;
KRU Gjakova - Stacioni i Pompimit Rahoveci 1;
KRU Bifurkacioni - Stacioni i Pompimit Surqinë.

Kontrata mund të përfshijë disa ose të gjitha njësitë opsionale të pompimit të përzgjedhura. Kur përfshihen njësi opsionale të pompimit, ato do të zbatohen sipas të njëjtave kërkesa kontraktuale, teknike dhe të cilësisë si Punimet e detyrueshme.

Kriteret e përshtatshmërisë dhe të dhënies së kontratës
Kriteret e përshtatshmërisë, kushtet e pjesëmarrjes dhe kriteret e dhënies së kontratës janë përcaktuar në Dokumentacionin e Tenderit.

Ofertat e pranuara pas afatit të fundit për dorëzim do t'i kthehen Tenderuesit të pahapura.
Vizitat në terren para tenderimit

Tenderuesit inkurajohen të marrin pjesë në vizitat në terren para tenderimit dhe të njihen me kushtet lokale në lokacionet përkatëse.

Climate Resilience in the Water Sector of Kosovo: Seed Investment
Supply and Installation of Pump Systems

Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the rehabilitation and replacement of pumping equipment in existing pumping stations operated by the participating Regional Water Companies.
The Works include, but are not limited to:

Verification of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and civil site conditions;
Detailed engineering and preparation of implementation documents;
Supply of pumps, motors, hydraulic equipment, valves, instrumentation, electrical and control systems;
Dismantling and disposal of existing equipment, as required;
Installation and integration into the existing infrastructure;
Testing, commissioning, trial operation and handover of the installations.

The Works will be carried out at the following locations:

RWC Prishtina - Pumping Station Kodra I;
RWC Mitrovica - Pumping Stations Tuneli 1 and Staritërg;
RWC Hidrodrini - Pumping Station Jarina-Klinë;
RWC Gjakova - Pumping Station Rahoveci 1;
RWC Bifurkacioni - Pumping Station Surqinë.

The Contract may include some or all selected optional pump units. Where optional pump units are included, they shall be executed under the same contractual, technical and quality requirements as the mandatory Works.

Implementation period: 27.11.2026 - 28.05.2027
Eligibility and Award Criteria
Eligibility criteria, participation conditions and award criteria are specified in the Tender Documentation.

Key Dates

Offers received after the submission deadline will be returned unopened to the Tenderer.
Pre Tender Site Visits

Tenderers are encouraged to attend the pre-tender site visits and familiarize themselves with local conditions at the respective sites.

Tender documents: The Tender Documentation is available in English and can be downloaded through simap.ch. Registration and login as a user are required to download the documents.
In the event of discrepancies, inconsistencies or differences in interpretation, the English version of the Tender Documentation shall prevail.
