Objekti i kontratës
Objekti i kontratës është projektimi, furnizimi, instalimi, testimi, vënia në punë dhe dorëzimi i një sistemi fotovoltaik (PV) të lidhur me rrjetin në Stacionin Kryesor të Pompimit të RËC
Hidrodrini, mbi bazë “çelësa në dorë”.
Fushëveprimi i Punimeve dhe Shërbimeve, kërkesat teknike, kriteret e performancës, vizatimet dhe të gjitha detyrimet e tjera të Kontraktorit janë përcaktuar plotësisht në Specifikimet Teknike të Dokumenteve të Tenderit.Vendi dhe periudha e realizimit të kontratës
Vendi i realizimit: 30000, Pejë, Kosovë
Sistemi PV do të instalohet në një objekt të operuar nga RËC Hidrodrini në Pejë, Kosovë.
Lokacioni: 42°39'41.58"N 20°16'12.31"E (ËGS84).
Periudha e zbatimit: 24.11.2026 - 16.04.2027

Subject of the Contract
The Subject of the Contract is the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of a grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system at the Main Pumping Station of RWC Hidrodrini, on a turnkey basis.
The scope of Works and Services, technical requirements, performance criteria, drawings, and all other obligations of the Contractor are fully defined in the Technical Specifications of the Tender Documents.
Place and Period of Contract Performance
Place of performance: 30000, Peja, Kosovo
The PV system will be installed at a facility operated by RWC Hidrodrini in Peja, Kosovo. Location: 42°39'41.58"N 20°16'12.31"E (WGS84).
Implementation period: 24.11.2026 - 16.04.2027

Contract duration: Not specified. This contract may be extended.
Eligibility and Award Criteria
Eligibility criteria, participation conditions and award criteria are specified in the Tender Documentation.

Pre Tender Site Visit
Tenderers are encouraged to attend the pre-tender site visit and familiarize themselves with local conditions at the project site. The tendering schedule is set out in section 10.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
