Invitation to Tender

The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) is implementing the project “Integrated Health Services” (IHS) to contribute to the improvement of public health through excellence in research, services, teaching, and training in Kosovo. Through this invitation, the IHS Project invites interested Economic Operators (EOs)/suppliers to submit offers for:
SUPPLY OF PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT FOR THE GENERAL HOSPITAL OF GJAKOVA MUNICIPALITY The scope of the tender includes the supply of professional kitchen equipment for the General Hospital of Gjakova municipality, including the related activities of mounting, installation, commissioning, and training of hospital staff in the proper use of the kitchen equipment.
Request for the Tender Dossier
Interested companies may submit a request for the Tender Dossier on working days between 08:30 and 16:30 by contacting the IHS Project Office in Kosovo via email at: procurement@ihsproject.org
Along with the request for Tender Dossier, companies must provide their company details, including: Company name
The deadline for Economic Operators to request the Tender Dossier is 24 Sep 2026 at 09:00 AM.
Upon receipt of the request, the Tender Dossier will be sent to the requesting company by email. All necessary information and requirements for the preparation and submission of the offer are provided in the Tender Dossier.
Deadline and Place for Submission of Offers:
The deadline for Bid submission is 30 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Bids shall be submitted in physical form (hardcopy) to the following address:

Bids shall be submitted as follows:
1 original + 1 physical copy of the complete offer; and
1 USB flash drive or CD containing an electronic copy of the complete documentation submitted by the Economic Operator. The above documents shall be submitted together in one single sealed outer envelope. The tender shall follow a two-envelope submission system, as follows:
Envelope A – Administrative and Technical Offer
Envelope B – Financial Offer
Both envelopes must be separately sealed and placed inside one single sealed outer envelope.
The outer envelope shall be addressed to the IHS Project and clearly marked with: Supply of Professional Kitchen Equipment for the General Hospital of Gjakova, with Reference No.: ITT/IHS/2026/003
IMPORTANT – MANDATORY SITE VISIT -is required
Participation in the site visit is mandatory.
Economic Operators are required to visit and inspect the premises and the designated area where the kitchen equipment will be installed, including the existing electrical, water supply, drainage and other relevant utility installations, in order to obtain all information necessary for the proper preparation of their offers and proposed equipment configuration. Failure of an Economic Operator to participate in the mandatory site visit shall result in the rejection of its offer as non-compliant. The mandatory site visit is scheduled for 24 September 2026. For consortiums/joint ventures, one or all members of the consortium may participate in the site visit.
