Job Profile – Chief Finance & Administration Officer– Full-Time Position

The Chief of Finance & Administration Officer (CFAO) will be a strategic and creative problem solver; appreciates the significance of academics to the institution’s mission; is adept at developing practical solutions balancing institutional needs with mission-critical operations; and works collaboratively with other executives, faculty, staff, students and external constituents to provide leadership, policy direction and management for all financial aspects of the RIT Kosovo (A.U.K). 

Qualifications and experience required:

• University Degree in Finance, Economics, or related area;
• Certified Accountant (SCAAK/CIMA/ACCA);
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the field of accounting or financial management and budgeting systems.

Job Profile – Chief Development Officer– Full-Time Position

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the planning, execution, analysis, control, and evaluation of fundraising and strategic partnerships. The Chief Development Officer will lead a fundraising (development) and alumni affairs operation for RIT Kosovo (A.U.K).

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Master’s Degree in business administration or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position;

Job Profile – Public Relations Manager– Full-Time Position

Under the direction of the President, the PR Manager leads the public relations functions of the RITK and represents the RITK to external media sources as the official RITK Spokesperson and provides high-level communications on behalf of executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in journalism, political science, marketing, public relations, communications or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible, professional experience related to area of assignment.

Job Profile – Academic Advisor– Full-Time Position

The Academic Advisor will report directly to the Associate Dean of Students and is primarily responsible to assess graduate and undergraduate student’s stages of development (academic, career, and personal) and to promote student growth by determining suitable developmental tasks and assisting students in establishing realistic and attainable academic and career goals.

Minimum Qualifications Required

• Master’s Degree required;
• Experience with American higher education system and American educational institutions;
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills that exhibit positive regard, care, concern, and respect for students, families, and colleagues;
• 2-4 years’ work experience in a higher education environment strongly preferred.
