Your Mission
Your mission is simple:

You will identify companies that need support, approach decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and present tailored service solutions that create measurable value.
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Research international markets and identify new business opportunities
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
  • Build relationships with CEOs, directors, department managers, and business owners
  • Present RHM's business services professionally
  • Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored business solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business
  • Build long-term customer partnerships and identify additional business opportunities
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Represent RHM at international trade fairs, networking events, and customer meetings

  • You are an excellent negotiator and enjoy closing deals.
  • You are ambitious, proactive, persistent, and results-driven.
  • You work independently and take ownership of your success.
  • You enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
Languages & International Communication
RHM works with companies worldwide. International communication is an essential part of your daily work.
To succeed in this role, you should:
  • Be fluent in English or another international language (spoken and written).
  • Feel comfortable conducting meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with international customers.
  • Enjoy working with people from different cultures and international markets.
  • Every additional language is considered a strong advantage and helps you build new customer relationships and expand into new markets.
German, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, or any other international language is highly appreciated.
