About the role
Omzo is looking for a part-time Data & Financial Analytics Specialist to support our business serving the US market. You will organize our data, build dashboards, analyze profitability, and develop financial forecasts that help us make better decisions.
This role combines hands-on data analysis with practical business and finance knowledge. We’re looking for someone who can turn complex information into clear recommendations.
What you’ll do
- Collect, clean, and connect data from sales, customer, operational, and financial systems.
- Define and track key metrics, including revenue, costs, margins, customer acquisition, and retention..
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports.
- Analyze profitability across products, services, customers, and projects.
- Create revenue, expense, and cash-flow forecasts with clear assumptions and scenarios.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and reduce costs.
- Evaluate pricing, marketing spending, and business initiatives.
- Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to practical business problems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
- Maintain data quality, documentation, and appropriate access to sensitive information.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong SQL and Excel or Google Sheets skills..
- Working knowledge of Python for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.
- Experience with a dashboard tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Ability to validate data and explain assumptions and uncertainty.
- Excellent English fluency, both written and spoken, is required. You must be comfortable discussing complex topics, presenting findings, and writing reports in English.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

- Experience in a startup or growing business.
- Familiarity with accounting systems, CRMs, and payment platforms.
- Experience with experimentation, customer segmentation, or forecasting models.
- Experience building automated data pipelines.
