About the role
Tactica is looking for a Content Strategist focused on SEO-driven content and inbound growth. This role is centered on planning content that increases organic traffic, improves search and AI visibility, and generates inbound leads for our clients. You will work closely with the SEO team, writers, and clients to turn keyword opportunities and search intent into structured content strategies that drive measurable results. This is not a copywriting role - it is a search-focused strategy role.
Responsibilities
- Build SEO-driven content strategies for client websites
- Translate keyword research and search intent into content plans
- Create topic clusters, pillar content plans, and content calendars
- Optimize content for Google search and AI-driven search experiences
- Collaborate closely with SEO specialists
- Review and improve SEO content briefs and outlines
- Track content performance and recommend improvements
- Help clients grow organic traffic, rankings, and inbound leads
- Use AI tools to improve research, planning, and optimization workflows
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in SEO content strategy, inbound marketing, or SEO content planning
- Strong understanding of:
- ○ Search intent

- ○ keyword clustering
- ○ internal linking
- ○ content funnels
- Experience working on international websites
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable working with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools in content workflows
- Strong communication and planning skills
