Video Editor & Content Researcher—Kaizen Studio | Pristina
Kaizen Studio is growing, and we're looking for a video editor who takes their craft seriously. This isn't a role for someone who just cuts clips. We need someone who understands what makes content stop a scroll, knows the difference between good and great, and brings that standard to every project - whether it's a VSL, a product ad, or an e-commerce creative.
What you'll be doing
You'll research, source, and edit video content across platforms. finding what works, remixing it with intention, and delivering polished, high-impact creatives that perform. You'll have a direct hand in shaping the output of a studio that's moving fast and building something real.
What you're walking into
From day one, you'll be surrounded by people who are genuinely invested in your growth, ready to walk you through every process, share what they know, and make sure you're comfortable and
confident from the start. The culture here is open, direct, and built on people who actually care about the work.
What we're looking for
You already know Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Experience with VSLs or ads is a big plus, if you've done it before and understand the logic behind them, not just the tools, you'll hit the ground running. If you haven't, that's something the team can teach. What we can't teach is a sharp
eye, good instincts, and the discipline to deliver clean work consistently, that has to come from you. After Effects and Canva are nice to have, nothing more.
