Creative Strategist & Facebook Ads Media Buyer

Superwipes & Aurum LLC is hiring a Creative Strategist & Facebook Ads Media Buyer for our office in Kosovo.
Responsibilities:

Research competitors and winning ad trends
Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts
Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
Test creatives and audiences
Scale profitable campaigns across multiple Shopify brands

What we’re looking for:

Experience with Meta Ads and eCommerce
Strong understanding of ad creatives and customer psychology
Able to analyze results and make performance-based decisions
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Location: Kosovo
