Job Description

Your Role
You will be responsible for aligning people, projects, and client expectations while driving the development and performance of our marketing team.
As a strategic partner to both clients and internal stakeholders, you will ensure that business goals are translated into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage our Marketing Team, including UX/UI and Performance Marketing specialists
Act as the primary strategic contact for clients, driving planning, prioritization, and roadmap development
Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models and translate objectives into concrete project plans
Ensure alignment and collaboration across SEO, SEA, UX/UI, and other digital disciplines
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Challenge client requests when they do not support business goals or long-term success
Facilitate communication between clients, marketing teams, and development teams
Drive project delivery while maintaining a strong focus on business impact and performance.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital project management, e-commerce consulting, or a comparable client-facing role
Strong understanding of:
SEO and SEA strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics
UX/UI principles and conversion optimization

Proven experience leading teams or managing cross-functional projects


Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Ability to think strategically while executing operationally
Professional fluency in English
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, or similar collaboration and project management tools
