Open Position: AI Video Creator

Broad LLC is hiring an AI Video Creator to join our content production team and help build, edit, and manage AI-powered video content across different platforms and client projects.
This is a hands-on creative and technical role. You will work closely with a US-based team and report to multiple team leads who will guide the video pipeline from research and planning to editing, publishing, and performance follow-up.

The AI video space is moving extremely fast. Tools, models, workflows, and formats change every few weeks, so we are looking for someone who learns quickly, adapts easily, and is excited to test new tools instead of waiting for step-by-step documentation.

NOTE: We will train you on our internal AI generation, automation, editing, and publishing workflows. What we need from you is curiosity, speed, organization, strong English, and the ability to follow through.

Important Note About Content

Because we work with different clients and industries, the type of content may vary. Most projects will be normal social media and marketing content, but depending on client requests, some work may involve mature or 18+ related themes.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a content environment where client topics can vary.

Work Setup

This role will be office-based in the beginning so training, workflow setup, and communication with the team can be done properly.
After the initial period, there may be a possibility to transition into a hybrid setup, depending on performance, reliability, communication, and team needs.
Because the team and clients are primarily US-based, strong communication in English and availability during aligned working hours are important.

What You’ll Do

Run AI-powered video workflows, including generation, editing, captioning, repurposing, and formatting
Create and edit short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels
Handle basic video editing, including cuts, captions, layout adjustments, and clip formatting
Research trends, topics, references, creators, formats, and content ideas
Help build and maintain content calendars, asset plans, and production notes
Organize media libraries, project files, exports, references, and creative assets
Support team leads with daily production tasks and quick turnaround requests
Test and learn new AI tools as our workflows change
Follow internal instructions carefully and keep work structured, organized, and easy to review


What We’re Looking For
Excellent English is very important for this role.
You do not need to be a professional video editor or AI expert, but you do need to be sharp, internet-native, organized, and willing to learn fast.

You should have:

Strong written and spoken English
Good understanding of social media, short-form content, trends, and internet culture
Ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through


Big Advantage

Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar
Experience with AI image, video, voice, editing, or automation tools
Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, content production, or digital marketing


Compensation

€600 – €800 NET for the first 3 months, based on experience
Taxes and contributions are covered by the company on the first contract
Strong performance-based growth after the initial period
