Shkolla Digjitale is a private educational institution dedicated to teaching technology and programming to children and teenagers aged 8–18. Our mission is to equip the next generation with the digital skills needed to succeed in today’s technology-driven world.
Founded in Kosovo, Shkolla Digjitale has expanded internationally and is now present across four continents. Our programming curriculum is licensed by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and accredited by the National Qualifications Authority, allowing students to earn an accredited “Junior Programmer” certificate.

Engagement Format
Flexible engagement, with the schedule determined based on our need for instructors and the number of teaching groups.
Responsibilities
- Teach programming to children and teenagers aged 8–18.
- Develop and deliver lectures, exercises, and learning materials both in person and through digital platforms and other educational tools.
- Evaluate students’ projects and work, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Track each student’s progress and provide the necessary support to help them achieve the expected learning outcomes.
Selected candidates will undergo intensive training and preparation for the curriculum offered by Shkolla Digjitale.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a technology-related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or programming is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A genuine interest and ability to work with children and teenagers.
- Strong ability to learn quickly.
- A positive and supportive approach when working with students.
