Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Kosovo to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for RunwayExtenders.
In this role, you will engage directly with senior decision-makers across the US and UK markets, building strong commercial relationships and converting them into long-term strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and account expansion
  • Develop deep understanding of RunwayExtenders services, delivery model, and value proposition
  • Engage CEOs, founders, HR leaders, and senior operators to identify business needs and present tailored staffing solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals
  • Manage and grow client relationships after closing, ensuring long-term account success and expansion
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner, driving repeat business and long-term value

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, account executive, or similar revenue-generating roles, with a proven track record of driving growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to US and/or UK markets.
  • Strong understanding of Western business culture, decision-making processes, and buying behaviors.
  • Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and sound commercial judgment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with fluency at a near-native level.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with EOR (Employer of Record) or staffing solutions
  • Consultative, solution-based sales approach with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Comfort with modern sales tools and digital collaboration platforms

  • Location: On-site (Kosovo)
  • Working Hours: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Equipment: High-quality office setup provided
  • Benefits: Private health insurance
  • Compensation: Base + Commission / OTE up to 3,000 gross/month
