Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Manager

LS Global specializes in optimizing business operations worldwide through expert outsourcing. We are currently recruiting for one of our clients for a Supply Chain Analyst Manager position. This role is responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights across the client’s supply chain organization. This role acts as a strategic partner to leadership across Transportation, Distribution, Inventory, and Merchandising, transforming complex data into actionable insights to improve performance, support decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance supply chain reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility into performance.
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer service data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Transportation, Distribution, Inventory, Fulfillment, Merchandising, Finance, and IT) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and maintain forecasting models, analytical tools, and metrics to improve inventory positioning, product flow, labor planning, and network utilization.
- Lead root-cause analysis regarding operational challenges, service failures, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment issues.
- Create executive-level reporting and presentations to communicate supply chain performance, trends, risks, and recommendations.
- Establish data governance standards and methodologies to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide analytical expertise to support system implementations, technology enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
- Serve as the primary analytics resource for Supply Chain leadership to improve customer experience, inventory productivity, and network efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain, business, or operations analytics (including inventory planning or logistics).
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- Proven track record in developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Expertise with large data sets, ERP systems, and business intelligence (BI) platforms.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (data modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables) and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Strong quantitative, statistical, and forecasting capabilities; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of inventory management, transportation, fulfillment, and distribution operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data integrity.
