Call Center Agent (Outbound Sales)
Location: Prishtina
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact real estate agencies through outbound calls and follow up on previous email communications.
- Present the Plushouse platform and explain its benefits to prospective agency partners.
- Build relationships with agency decision-makers and identify partnership opportunities.
- Guide agencies through the registration and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve onboarding and partner acquisition targets.
- Represent the Plushouse brand professionally and contribute to the growth of our partner network.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center, telesales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Fluency in at least one additional foreign language is highly preferred.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage.
