Balkans.io, the technology and marketing hub in Kosovo for Seal Skin Covers (USA), is expanding its team and is currently looking for two new team members to join our team in Prishtina:

Customer Support Representative
Full-time | On-site | 14:00 – 22:00
As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers via email. You will handle inquiries related to orders, returns, payments, and deliveries while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage customer support tickets through Zendesk.
Provide professional assistance regarding orders, returns, payments, and deliveries.
Update customer information and document interactions in the system.
Monitor orders across Shopify, ShipHero, and Zendesk.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Meet customer service quality standards and department KPIs.
Shipping Representative

Full-time | On-site
As a Shipping Representative, you will coordinate and manage day-to-day shipping operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage shipping processes related to exchanges, warranties, and missing items.
Process orders and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Handle special requests regarding orders and returns.
Identify and resolve issues with exception orders.
Maintain effective communication with other departments.
Support the smooth flow of orders and shipping operations.


Pre-Production Specialist (2 positions)
About the Role
We're looking for someone to join our pre-production team and prepare the technical files used to manufacture our custom covers. This position sits between product design and production: you'll prepare pre-production documents and ensure every product is ready before it reaches our production team.
The ideal candidate enjoys structured work, solving small technical challenges, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
What You'll Do

Prepare production files in SolidWorks
Edit production PDFs and update measurements
Organize and maintain preproduction documentation
Review product geometry and verify dimensions
Collaborate with the customer service department to address order specifics or answer client inquiries

What We're Looking For

Experience with any professional 3D software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)
Basic geometry and mathematical understanding
Ability to mentally visualize how flat patterns form a finished 3D product
Detail-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple files and projects while staying on top of deadlines
Willingness to learn new software and processes.
