Amazon Account Specialist (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Specialist to join a US-based company. This is a fully remote position for a detail-oriented professional with proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and driving account performance.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 15:00 – 23:00 (Kosovo time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Create, optimize, and update product listings.
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Conduct keyword research and implement listing optimization strategies.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Resolve account-related issues, cases, and performance notifications.
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Support pricing updates, promotions, and Amazon advertising initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies, account health metrics, and listing optimization.
- Experience with keyword research and product ranking strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
