Amazon Account Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Specialist to join a US-based company. This is a fully remote position for a detail-oriented professional with proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and driving account performance.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 15:00 – 23:00 (Kosovo time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Create, optimize, and update product listings.
  • Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement listing optimization strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
  • Resolve account-related issues, cases, and performance notifications.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support pricing updates, promotions, and Amazon advertising initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon policies, account health metrics, and listing optimization.
  • Experience with keyword research and product ranking strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
