To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically skilled and motivated person who enjoys understanding complex IT environments, solving problems in a sustainable way, and implementing modern solutions for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, and operation of Modern Workplace and Endpoint Management solutions
- Administration and configuration of Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM environments
- Management of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Implementation and support of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and modern authentication solutions
- Software packaging, deployment, and automation
- Creation and management of device configurations, compliance policies, and security policies
- Analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to Endpoint Management
- Support with migrations and technical projects
- Collaboration with customers, vendors, and other IT teams
- Documentation of solutions, configurations, and operational processes
- Participation in proof of concepts and evaluation of new technologies
Your Profile
- Education or professional experience in IT, System Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Good knowledge in the following areas (not all required):
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Omnissa Workspace ONE
- Endpoint Security
- Mobile Device Management
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, proxies, VPN, and certificates
- Interest in cloud technologies and modern IT infrastructure
- Willingness and ability to independently learn new technologies
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills and confidence when working with customers
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- German skills are an advantage
