Your Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio (instructions, skills, topics/classic where needed, knowledge, tools, channels)
- Implement Copilot Cowork use cases: multi-step delegated work across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft 365
- Set up and operationalize Microsoft Scout (Autopilot): always-on agents, heartbeat/automations, identity, permissions, desktop + M365 scope
- Translate business processes into agent briefs, skills and governed actions (human-in-the-loop where required)
- Connect agents to Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, APIs and MCP servers
- Define guardrails: Entra identity, DLP, sensitivity, approvals, logging, testing and rollback
- Run discovery workshops with German client teams, write functional specs and run POCs through to production
- Train key users, write runbooks and support adoption after go-live
- Monitor agent quality (hallucinations, failed actions, cost, latency) and improve prompts, skills and tools
- Stay current on Copilot Studio, Cowork, Scout, Frontier features and the Microsoft agent roadmap
- Work with consultants, developers and infrastructure on integrations, licensing and tenant readiness
Your Profile
- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Power Platform and at least one year building Copilot or custom agents
- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (declarative agents, custom agents, knowledge sources, actions/tools)
- Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Copilot Cowork and Microsoft Scout (Frontier / Autopilot) – or the proven ability to get productive on them very fast
- Solid understanding of agent patterns: on-demand delegation (Cowork) vs. always-on autopilot (Scout) vs. reusable governed agents (Studio)
- Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, REST APIs and ideally MCP
- Strong English (business fluent, written and spoken) – mandatory for client work, documentation and Microsoft tooling
- German is an advantage for workshops with DACH clients, not a must
- Structured consulting mindset: requirements, security, testing, documentation, change management
- Comfortable with prompt design, evaluation and iterative improvement – not only “demo prompts”
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance (Entra ID, Purview/DLP, admin center, licensing)
- Plus: PL-200, PL-400, MS-4006 / Copilot Studio credentials, Azure AI Foundry, Graph API, C# / JavaScript / Python, GitHub Copilot

We are looking for an Agentic AI Expert who can design, build and operate agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork and Microsoft Scout – and roll them out safely for German mid-market clients. Daily project language is English.
