We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Senior Associate / Manager – Investment & Strategy, offering candidates the opportunity to join the team of our partners in Libya. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed financial models for the assessment of investment opportunities, business planning, and strategic decision-making.
Conduct financial and investment analyses, including valuation, IRR, NPV, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Assess potential investment opportunities through analysis of financial performance, market potential, commercial assumptions, risks, and expected returns.
Prepare feasibility studies and business case analyses for new investments, projects, and strategic initiatives.
Analyze the financial performance of companies and projects, identify key value drivers, and assess their impact on future business performance.
Conduct market and sector analyses to assess market trends, competition, growth potential, and investment risks.
Connect financial analyses with market and commercial factors to formulate concrete business and strategic recommendations.
Participate in the development of business and investment strategies and provide analytical support for key strategic decisions.
Challenge financial and commercial assumptions underlying investment proposals and business plans.
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, analyses, and recommendations for senior management and investment decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors during the assessment and execution of potential investments and strategic projects.
Monitor the performance of approved investments and projects against the initial business case, financial projections, and expected returns.
Support senior management with clear, structured, data-driven recommendations related to investments, business development, and long-term strategy.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally progressing toward Senior Associate / Manager level.
CFA qualification or active CFA track is strongly preferred; ACCA is also highly relevant.
Advanced financial modeling skills, including integrated financial models, valuation, scenario and sensitivity analyses, IRR, NPV, and investment returns.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, and investment analysis.
Ability to connect financial performance, market dynamics, and commercial assumptions with broader strategy development.
Excellent analytical capabilities and very strong numerical skills.
Advanced PowerPoint / investment presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to senior management.
