We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Sales Manager, offering candidates the opportunity to join the team of our partners in Libya. This position provides the opportunity to work on significant international projects, as well as gain valuable international experience, making it an excellent step for those wishing to advance their careers and broaden their professional horizons.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual sales strategy and sales targets.
- Lead the sales team and monitor performance results.
- Manage corporate sales, contracts, and partnerships.
- Promote group sales for schools, universities, clubs, and tourist groups.
- Develop and improve programs for educational institutions and organized school visits.
- Drive membership and annual pass sales.
- Generate sales for events (corporate, private, festivals, and sporting events).
- Develop partnerships with travel agencies and tourism organizations.
- Identify sponsorship opportunities and prepare relevant proposals.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support pre-opening campaigns and new attraction launch activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another appropriate field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
