We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Commercial Manager, offering candidates the opportunity to join the team of our partners in Libya. This position provides the opportunity to work on significant international projects, as well as gain valuable international experience, making it an excellent step for those wishing to advance their careers and broaden their professional horizons.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the commercial strategy.
Oversee the operations of retail outlets and souvenir shops.
Manage merchandise sales programs and product development.
Oversee rental services (bicycles, lockers, and camping equipment).
Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements and supplier contracts.
Identify new revenue streams and optimize guest spending.
Monitor sales performance and profitability.
Control inventory and minimize losses.
Ensure that commercial facilities contribute positively to the guest experience.
Lead the commercial team and contribute to its development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field or a higher education qualification.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
