What does a Recruiter do?
This is a full-cycle, target-driven, sales-heavy role. You source candidates, win clients, and close deals. If you want unlimited earning potential and to build something of your own, this is for you.
No recruitment experience needed. We hire for drive and competitiveness, not resumes.
Core responsibilities
Business Development:

Cold call and pitch new clients
Negotiate agreements with decision makers
Grow existing client accounts

Candidate Sourcing:

Headhunt top talent in your niche
Build a network of active and passive candidates
Become the go-to expert in your space

What we look for

A closer's mentality, comfortable picking up the phone
Strong written and verbal English
Self-starter, low need for supervision
Competitive and resilient under pressure

What you get

Base salary plus uncapped commission
Fast, merit-based progression into management or senior roles
Full training, no experience required

Location and schedule:
Prishtina. Monday to Thursday, 1:00pm to 9:00pm & Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm
