Job Title: Recruiter

Working Hours: 12:00 - 20:00
LS Global specializes in optimizing business operations worldwide through expert outsourcing. We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruiter to join our growing team in Pristina. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing recruitment activities, and developing their career in recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish job descriptions on relevant job portals to attract qualified candidates for open positions
- Manage recruitment activities from candidate application review through to interview coordination and follow-up
- Review CVs and applications to identify candidates who match role requirements
- Work closely with the Lead Recruiter to support daily recruitment activities and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate experience, skills, and suitability
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team
- Maintain accurate candidate information, notes, and recruitment progress within the ATS
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administration
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level or higher)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable using an ATS and managing candidate information within recruitment systems
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
