About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our Recruitment team. This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in recruitment, technology, and AI-powered hiring. You will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, communicating with them throughout their recruitment journey, and creating professional candidate presentations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-powered recruitment tools.
- Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
- Assist in conducting Get-to-Know interviews.
- Ensure continuous communication and engagement with candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
- Create professional candidate one-pagers for client presentations.
- Create job advertisements and candidate outreach messages using AI.
- Update and maintain candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
- Conduct market research and prepare recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding and other recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot or Gemini is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
