Job Description
HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters a positive employee experience, and contributes to organizational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Assist in performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives
Respond to employee inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
Prepare HR reports and summaries for management
Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field 
Master’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory
