What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with top professionals across different industries.
- Build relationships with candidates through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements.
- Match the right talent with the right opportunities.
- Manage the recruitment process from first contact to successful placement.
- Keep up with market trends and hiring activity.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- No experience required – full training will be provided.
