About the Role
As a Junior Project Manager – AI Tech at Borek Solutions Group, you will combine strong project management discipline with a commercial, sales-oriented mindset. Acting as a strategic partnership manager, you will help nurture client and partner relationships, manage inbound client requests, and keep our AI Tech initiatives moving forward.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working at the intersection of project delivery, client engagement, and business development within a fast-moving AI technology environment. You will work closely with international teams and contribute directly to the growth of our AI Tech function in Germany.
Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partnership manager, supporting and nurturing key client and partner relationships
Manage inbound client requests end to end - qualifying, coordinating, and ensuring timely responses
Take on selected Account Management (ACM) tasks to support ongoing client engagements
Apply structured project management practices to keep AI Tech initiatives on track, on time, and aligned with client expectations
Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Support the wider sales and partnership effort with a hands-on, proactive approach

Requirements

Early-career / junior professional with a genuine interest in project management and client-facing work
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Sales-oriented mindset - comfortable engaging with clients and managing inbound requests
German-speaking (fluent, written and spoken)
Willing and able to travel as required
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills

Nice to Have

Good command of English in addition to German
Exposure to AI, technology, or software-driven projects
Prior experience in account management, partnerships, or business development
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems
