We are pleased to announce an open position for Payroll Specialist, offering candidates the opportunity to become part of our partner’s team in Libya. Key Responsibilities:

Timely preparation, processing, and verification of payroll calculations;
Providing support to the finance team in payroll processing, including verification of timesheets, labor costs, and deductions;
Proposing improvements to procedures and processes in the area of payroll and labor administration;
Ensuring the confidentiality and protection of sensitive data and information accessed in the course of work, in accordance with internal policies and data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
