We are pleased to announce an open position for Investment Analyst, offering candidates the opportunity to become part of our partner’s team in Libya. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analytical tools to support project evaluation and investment decisions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, financial due diligence, and underwriting analyses for new projects and business opportunities.
- Perform scenario, sensitivity, and downside analyses to assess project risks and potential outcomes.
- Calculate and evaluate key financial metrics, including IRR, NPV, payback period, and profitability indicators.
- Prepare and maintain financial assumptions, supporting documentation, and assumptions registers.
- Assist in the preparation of feasibility reports, investment memoranda, underwriting papers, and management presentations.
- Analyze and compare project structures, investment options, and return profiles to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate cost, revenue, phasing, and operational data.
- Support analyses related to capital efficiency, project economics, and overall commercial viability.
- Monitor project performance against financial forecasts and identify key risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data, models, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in investment analysis and/or feasibility studies
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Advanced level of English
