Specialist in Time and Operational Data
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Application Support / 2nd-Level Support Specialist (2)
In this exciting, challenging, and diverse role, you will be responsible for advising and supporting our clients. You will handle user issues, develop solutions, and ensure a professional level of technical support. This is a dedicated support role, not a classic call center: you'll work with a consistent base of our own clients and handle only incoming calls.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling incidents, information requests, and change requests related to time tracking for personnel, projects, orders, and operational data, as well as access control systems
- Recording and classifying information in the ticketing system
- Analyzing and resolving issues and inquiries via phone
- Escalating and monitoring incident reports
- Providing technical support to application users
- Configuring RTM software
- Taking on additional tasks such as implementing change requests or conducting customer training sessions
Your profile:
- Education or further training in IT / Business Informatics / Mediamatics, or in a commercial / business administration field with an affinity for IT, or a comparable professional background
- Broad IT knowledge and good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Professional database knowledge (MS SQL) or willingness to acquire it
- Experience in customer support or working with standard software, as well as basic knowledge of Swiss labor law, are advantageous
- Fluent in spoken and written German; additional language skills (French, English, Italian) are a plus
