At TalentBridge Kosovo, we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive AI Operations Specialist to join our team and support our New York-based company.
Our office is located in Prishtina, Kosovo, where we offer a supportive work environment, a competitive salary, and opportunities for professional growth.
What You Need to Join Our Team?
- English Level C1 (speaking, writing, listening)
- Full-Time availability: Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 23:00
- Location: On-Site (Prishtina, Kosovo)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and develop AI-powered solutions to automate them.
- Build, maintain, and improve workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n.
- Develop and optimize prompts, AI assistants, and workflows to support teams across customer support, recruiting, sales, and reporting.
- Connect AI tools to the systems we use every day (CRM, Google Workspace, Slack)
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure workflows operate reliably.
- Collaborate with managers and team members to understand business needs and implement practical technical solutions.
- Train staff on new AI tools and prepare clear, user-friendly documentation and guides.
- Continuously explore new AI tools and technologies to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- A university degree is an advantage, but current students are welcome to apply.
- Regular experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Hands-on experience building automations with platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks and how applications exchange data.
- Basic coding knowledge in Python or JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Can explain technical things in a simple way.
Experience
- At least one year of experience working with AI or automation tools, or personal projects demonstrating relevant skills and practical experience.
