Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Intensive English Teacher to support students who are developing their English language skills.
The Teacher Assistant will work closely with the Intensive English Teacher to provide academic and classroom support, helping students strengthen their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English. The ideal candidate should be patient, supportive, organized, and comfortable working with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Intensive English Teacher in delivering English language instruction and classroom activities.
Provide individual and small-group support to students who require additional English language assistance.
Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar skills.
Assist students with classroom assignments and learning activities.
Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
Reinforce lessons and concepts introduced by the Intensive English Teacher.
Support the teacher in monitoring student progress and identifying areas where additional assistance may be needed.
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
Encourage students to communicate confidently in English.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, administration, and other staff members.
Perform other student-support duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with students individually and in small groups.
Patient, supportive, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of an international school team.
