What does a Recruiter do at Emrys Howell?

Core responsibilities:
Business Development:

Cold call and pitch new clients, build relationships, and win business
Negotiate service agreements with key decision makers
Manage and grow existing client accounts

Candidate Sourcing:

Headhunt top talent in your niche and territory
Build a network of passive and active candidates
Use market intel to position yourself as the go-to expert in your space

Process Management:

Run the full deal cycle from introduction to offer
Manage interview feedback between client and candidate
Negotiate and close the offer

What we look for:

A closer's mentality. You want to win and you're not afraid to pick up the phone
Strong verbal and written English
Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
Competitive, money-motivated, and resilient under pressure

Location and schedule:
Prishtina. Monday to Thursday, 1:00pm to 9:00pm & Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm
