We’re Hiring: Paid Ads Intern 
Tactica | Prishtina | In-office 
Interested in how online advertising works—and what makes someone click, sign up, or buy? 
Tactica is looking for a Paid Ads Intern to learn how to build, monitor, and improve digital advertising campaigns. You’ll work alongside our team, with Google Ads as the main focus and opportunities to learn about other paid advertising platforms. 
What you’ll do 

 Support the team with campaign setup and day-to-day monitoring. 
 Help with keyword research, competitor research, and audience targeting. 
Assist with writing ad copy and coordinating creative assets. 
 Track campaign results and help prepare performance reports. 
 Learn how budgets, bidding, and conversion tracking work. 
 Help identify opportunities to improve campaigns and support testing. 

What we’re looking for 

 A strong interest in digital marketing, especially paid advertising. 
 Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and details. 
 Curiosity about why campaigns perform well and how to improve them. 
Good written and spoken English. 
 A willingness to learn, ask questions, and apply feedback. 
 Reliability and the ability to stay organized. 

Previous professional experience is not required. Courses, certifications, university projects, or personal experiments with Google Ads or Meta Ads are a plus. 
What you’ll learn 
You’ll gain practical experience with campaign planning, ad platforms, performance analysis, and optimization while supporting real client campaigns under the team’s guidance.
