Invitation to Bid 
The SOS Children's Villages Kosovo Foundation is a non-governmental social care organization  dedicated to supporting children without parental care and those in need, regardless of ethnicity,  nationality, or religious belief.  
Within the framework of the "Youth Can Connect" Project-implemented by SOS Children's Villages  Kosovo and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development  (BMZ) and Children’s Villages Worldwide (CVW)- SOS Children's Villages invites qualified bidders  to submit offers for the supply of new (previously unused) IT equipment: 7 laptops, 21 PCs, and  3 multifunction printers, in accordance with the following specifications: 

LOT 1– (7 Laptops) 


LOT 2 – (21 Desktop PCs) DESKTOP PC WITH ACCOMPANYING EQUIPMENT



LOT 3 – (3 Multifunctional Printers)


Warranty and Support 

Minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. 
Replacement or repair within 15 working days in case of a defect. 

Delivery and Configuration of Equipment 

Delivery to: SOS Children’s Villages Kosovo. 
The equipment must be tested and verified prior to acceptance. 
The supplier must provide basic user guidance and warranty documentation. 

The Bidder together with the Bid shall submit: 

 Business registration certificate 
 Prices should be quoted in euros excluding VAT 
 The bid should be signed and stamped / or on official logo 

The bid validity must be (30 days) from the closing date of the Invitation to Bid 
Bid selection criteria are as follows: 

 Completion of required specification 
 Upon completion of the specification; The lowest price 

Please note that our organization is VAT exempt so prices offered must be VAT-free. IT equipments transportation must be carried out by the selected bidder to the SOS Children's  Villages locations in Kosovo. 
The selected bidder must submit a Tax Verification Certificate prior to contract signing. Interested bidders must submit the required documents and their offer in a sealed envelope (2  copies), signed by the legal representative and marked "Offer for IT Equipment," specifying the  relevant Lot.  
You may bid for a single Lot or for all Lot’s simultaneously. 
Offers must be submitted by: 03.11.2026 at the offices of SOS Children's Villages Kosovo (Address:  Velania, "1 Tetori" St., Pristina) on any working day between 09:00 and 15:00.

Fondacioni SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve Kosovë është organizatë joqeveritare e përkujdesjes sociale e  dedikuar për përkrahjen e fëmijëve pa përkujdesje prindërore dhe në nevojë, pa marrë parasysh  etninë, kombësinë dhe besimin fetar.  
SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve në kuadër të projektit “Youth Can Connect”, i cili zbatohet nga SOS  Fshatrat e Fëmijëve Kosovë dhe financohet nga Ministria Federale Gjermane për Bashkëpunim  Ekonomik dhe Zhvillimor – BMZ dhe Children’s Villages Worldwide – CVW, fton ofertuesit e  kualifikuar që të ofertojnë për furnizim me IT pajisje të reja (të pa përdorura më parë) : 7 Laptopë,  21 PC dhe 3 printerë multifunksional, sipas specifikacioneve në vijim:

LOT 3 (3 printerë multifunksional) 

Garancia dhe Mbështetja 

 Minimum 1 vite garanci nga prodhuesi 
 Zëvendësim ose riparim brenda 15 ditëve pune në rast defekti. 

Dorëzimi dhe Konfigurimi i Pajisjeve 

 Dorëzimi në: SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve Kosovë 
 Pajisjet duhet të testohen dhe verifikohen para pranimit 
 Furnizuesi duhet të ofrojë udhëzim bazë për përdorim dhe dokumentacion të garancisë

Ofertuesi së bashku me ofertën duhet të dorëzojë:  

Çertifikatën e regjistrimit të biznesit/ NUI 
Çmimet duhen të kuotohen në euro pa TVSH  
Oferta duhet të jetë e nënshkruar dhe e vulosur/ ose me logo zyrtare 

Vlefshmëria e ofertës duhet të jetë (30 ditë) nga data e mbylljes së Ftesës për Ofertë 
Kriteret e përzgjedhjes së ofertës janë si vijon: 

 Plotësimi i specifikacionit të kërkuar 
 Pas plotësimit të specifikacionit; Çmimi më i lirë 

Ju lutemi të keni parasysh se organizata jonë është e përjashtuar nga TVSH-ja, ndaj çmimet e ofruara  duhet të jenë pa TVSH. 
Transporti i pajisjeve të TI-së deri në lokacionet e SOS Fshatrave të Fëmijëve në Kosovë duhet të  kryhet nga ofertuesi I përzgjedhur 
Ofertuesi I përzgjedhur para nënshkrimit të kontratës duhet të dorëzojë Vërtetimin Tatimor. 
Ofertuesit e interesuar duhet t’i dorëzojnë dokumentet dhe ofertën e mbyllur në pliko (zarf) 2 kopje  të nënshkruar nga përfaqësuesi ligjor dhe të shënuar: “Oferta për IT Pajisje” duke specifikuar LOT- in  përkatës.  
Ju mund të Ofertoni për 1 Lot ose për të gjithë Lot-et njëherësh. 
Ofertat duhet të dorëzohen deri me datën: 03.11.2026 në zyret e SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve Kosovë, në  adresën Velania “1 Tetori” p.n. Prishtinë cdo ditë pune nga ora 09:00-15:00
