INVITATION TO BID 
The SOS Children's Villages Kosovo Foundation is a non-governmental social care organization  dedicated to supporting children without parental care and those in need, regardless of ethnicity,  nationality, or religious belief.  
Within the framework of the "Youth Can Connect" Project-implemented by SOS Children's Villages  Kosovo and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development  (BMZ) and Children’s Villages Worldwide (CVW)- SOS Children's Villages invites qualified bidders  to submit offers for the supply of new (previously unused) IT equipment: 7 laptops, 21 PCs, and 3  multifunction printers, in accordance with the following specifications 
(LOT 1) – Office Shelving/Cabinet (6 units) 

Cabinet for storing documents and official materials, with 2 lockable doors,  minimum 4 shelves/levels, with a durable construction made of particleboard or  metal. Dimensions: 85 cm x 50 cm x 200 cm 

(LOT 2) – Work Tables (30 units) 

Tables for training environments: 140 cm x 80 cm x 75 cm, with a resistant  surface and durable construction made of particleboard or metal. 

(LOT 3) – Office Chairs (30 units) 

Static office and training chairs without armrests, with a metal frame and seat and  backrest upholstered with textile material. 

Together with the offer, the bidder must submit: 

Business Registration Certificate / Business Identification Number (NUI) 
Prices must be quoted in euros, excluding VAT 
The offer must be signed and stamped and/or bear the official company logo 
The offer must specify the unit price for each type of furniture (per piece) separately 

The validity of the offer must be (30 days) from the closing date of the Invitation to Offer. 
The offer will be selected based on the following criteria: 

Compliance with the required specifications 
After fulfilling the above-mentioned criteria, the lowest price will be selected. 

You may submit an offer for one LOT or for all LOTs at once.

Fondacioni SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve Kosovë është organizatë joqeveritare e përkujdesjes  sociale e dedikuar për përkrahjen e fëmijëve pa përkujdesje prindërore dhe në nevojë,  pa marrë parasysh etninë, kombësinë dhe besimin fetar.  
SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve në kuadër të projektit “YouthCan Connect”, i cili zbatohet nga  SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve Kosovë dhe financohet nga Ministria Federale Gjermane për  Bashkëpunim Ekonomik dhe Zhvillimor – BMZ dhe Children’s Villages Worldwide – CVW,  fton ofertuesit e kualifikuar që të ofertojnë për furnizim me mobilje të hapësirave trajnuese 
sipas specifikacioneve në vijim: 
(LOT 1)- Raft për zyre (6 copë) 

Raft për dokumente dhe Materiale zyrtare me 2 dyer me celës minimum 4 nivele,  konstrukcion të qëndrueshëm nga iverica ose metali (85 cm x 50 cm x 200 cm (LOT 2) - Tavolinë pune (30 copë) 
Tavolina për ambiente të trajnimeve: 140 cm x 80 cm x 75 cm me sipërfaqe  rezistente dhe konstrukcion të qëndrueshëm nga iverica ose metali, (LOT 3)- Karrige për zyre (30 copë) 
Karrige statike për zyre dhe ambiente trajnimi pa krahë, me konstrukcion metalik,  ulëse dhe mbështetëse të veshura me tekstil 

Ofertuesi së bashku me ofertën duhet të dorëzojë

Çertifikatën e regjistrimit të biznesit/ NUI 
Çmimet duhen të kuotohen në euro pa tvsh  
Oferta duhet të jetë e nënshkruar dhe e vulosur /apo me logo zyrtare 
Në ofertë të specifikohen cmimet ndarazi sipas orendive për njësi (copë) 

Vlefshmëria e ofertës duhet të jetë (30 ditë) nga data e mbylljes së Ftesës për Ofertë 
Kriteret e përzgjedhjes së ofertës janë si vijon:

 Plotësimi i specifikacionit të kërkuar 
 Pas plotësimit të kritereve te lartëpërmendura , çmimi më i lirë 

Ju mund të ofertoni për një LOT ose për të gjithë LOT-et njëherësh
