About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Blog to own client blog delivery from brief to publication. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage writers, maintain a high editorial standard, improve systems, and move quickly when issues arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own briefs, editorial calendars, deadlines, approvals, CMS publishing, and final live-page quality across multiple clients.
- Translate client goals into clear briefs and coordinate client-success, writers, editors, and publishing support.
- Hire, train, manage, and review writers and editors while continuously raising the quality bar.
- Ensure accuracy, client voice, readability, originality, SEO, GEO, AEO, formatting, links, images, and metadata are correct before publishing.
- Use AI tools and scalable processes to improve production, resolve blockers quickly, communicate risks, and support client or leadership calls when needed.
Requirements
- Fully fluent professional English (C1/C2 level), written and spoken, is mandatory. Candidates below this level will not be considered.
- At least 4 years of professional content, editorial, publishing, SEO, or agency experience, including leadership of writers, editors, or content operations. This is not an entry-level role.
- Strong editorial judgment and practical knowledge of SEO, GEO, AEO, CMS publishing, and AI content tools.
- Proven ownership, urgency, organization, deadline management, client communication, and calm decision-making under pressure.
- Availability to work from the Kosovo office during one of the listed US-aligned schedules.
Preferred Experience
- Agency, multi-client publishing, or fast-moving startup experience.
- Experience scaling a content team or workflow and producing measurable content results.
