About the position
The Motion Graphics & Video Editor plays a key role in bringing creative concepts to life through engaging visuals, animations, and video content. This position is responsible for developing high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, and edited videos that align with brand standards and resonate with our audience across multiple platforms. The role requires ownership of the full post-production workflow—from concept interpretation and creative ideation to execution, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
Main Responsibilities

Develop and design captivating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various video
projects
Maintain a high standard of creative integrity across all communications with both internal and external teams.
Own and establish a workflow for the entire editing process, including color grading, visual effects, sound effects, and music.
Clearly communicate the intent of creative concepts and proposed solutions.
Take projects from iteration to execution with minimal supervision.
Oversee and prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines.
Prepares creative ideas and fresh approaches to each project.
Thoroughly review creative briefs to assess project requirements.
Constantly study and find innovative ways to connect with our audience.
Demonstrate a strong, strategic understanding of various marketing platforms, including social media, web, etc.
Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in motion graphics and video editing
Other tasks as assigned by management
Collaborate on trainer-led recording sessions by being present during recordings, working closely with trainers and the recording team, and ensuring all video content aligns with current trends and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating core principles in motion design & editing.
Empathetic and curious, allowing for a deeper understanding of audience needs.
Skilled at managing a high volume of work within tight timelines.
Experience with content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) 
Strong conceptual thinker and designer.
Experience in campaign strategy and concept.
Team-oriented with excellent partnership skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Strong proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD is an advantage.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a readiness to take on various marketing tasks to support the team and business as needed.
Good communication in English language
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
