About the Role
We are hiring a Micro-Task Operations Specialist to handle changing operational tasks across the company, including research, checking information, preparing documents, updating trackers, testing tools, troubleshooting issues, and supporting time-sensitive work.
This is not repetitive data entry. You must understand unfamiliar requests, determine the best approach, and complete them accurately without every step being explained. Fully fluent professional English is the main requirement; candidates below C1/C2 level will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle varied operational requests and turn unclear instructions into a practical execution plan.
- Research unfamiliar topics, tools, and processes, verify information, and present clear findings.
- Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, trackers, records, briefs, and written updates.
- Test tools and workflows, troubleshoot issues, identify mistakes or risks, and report results clearly.
- Ask focused questions when needed, learn new tools quickly, and own assigned work through completion.
Requirements
- Fully fluent professional English (C1/C2 level), written and spoken, is mandatory. Candidates below this level will not be considered.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar tasks quickly and work independently without extensive guidance.
- Strong research skills, computer literacy, clear writing, attention to detail, organization, urgency, and responsibility.
- Availability to work full-time from the office in Kosovo.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in operations, research, administration, project support, quality assurance, or another varied role.
- Experience with international teams and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Examples of independently solving unfamiliar problems or completing projects with limited direction.
