Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Muharrem Fejza, Pristina (On-site)
Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (local time)
LS Global specializes in optimizing business operations worldwide through expert outsourcing. We are currently recruiting for one of our international clients for a Business Intelligence Analyst position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the client’s top line growth and help provide direction to the entire organization. You will be embedded in the Business Intelligence team and will interact directly with cross functional work groups and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data warehousing techniques to orchestrate information flow, data transformation, and source engineering.
- Provide actionable experience and performance insights for omnichannel operations to address key strategic questions.
- Own Salesforce and Contact Center dashboards/reports, identify and triage data anomalies, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and determine root causes
- Manage reporting and dashboards supporting multiple teams.
- Track, report, and analyze order demand performance, handle ad-hoc analytic requests, and develop/automate regular reporting.
- Prepare and conduct training for other teams to drive a self-service mentality for recurring analytics tasks.
- Develop and present new insights and recommendations to enhance existing customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in math, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years in analytics and BI engineering roles, preferably in a retail environment with order management and contact center experience.1
- Strong reporting capabilities, including experience with multiple reporting tools, user design, and performance presentation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey statistical output in an engaging, understandable, and influential manner.
- Strong technical skills, specifically SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx (experience in R, Python, or SAS is preferred).
- API development and Alteryx and Tableau certifications are also a plus.
