Warranty Associate
Location: Prishtina, Kosovo
Schedule: Full-Time | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Are you detail-oriented, curious, and eager to build a career with growth opportunities? We're looking for a Warranty Associate to join our team and help identify, process, and resolve warranty claims on behalf of our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with a supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and review warranty claims submitted by customers via the CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Validate claim information and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Communicate with customers to clarify or request additional information when needed
- Update claim status and maintain accurate records within the CMMS
- Identify recurring issues and escalate trends to management
- Assist with reporting and analysis of warranty data
- Support the warranty team with administrative tasks and special projects
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Training & Work Arrangement
- 6 weeks of in-person training at our Prishtina office
- Transition to a hybrid schedule after training
- Enjoy 2 work-from-home days per week
