Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Muharrem Fejza, Pristina (On-site)
Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (local time)
LS Global specializes in optimizing business operations worldwide through expert outsourcing. We are currently recruiting for one of our international clients for a Senior Financial Analyst position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets, developing financial models, analyzing customer behavior, and leveraging business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, implementing and performing comprehensive analysis over both financial and operational results and communicating findings to management
- Lead the monthly forecasting process for assigned departments and areas of responsibility
- Lead the annual budget process for assigned areas, including compilation and analysis of key metrics and business drivers
- Prepare a variety of monthly financial and operational reporting packages (e.g., departmental P&L’s, KPI reviews, expense reporting, etc.) for Senior Leadership team
- Assist in the design, implementation and management of the Company's consolidated financial model with the aim of improving financial visibility and analytical capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. MBA or CPA preferred. Public Accounting / Industry mix is also a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Large ERP experience required (preferably Essbase, HFM, etc.)
- Automation experience preferred—VBA, Macros, SQL, etc.
- Comfortable managing large sets of data, developing financial models, and analyzing customer behavior
- Familiarity with various business intelligence and data management tools.
