CUSTOMER OPERATIONS & SALES SPECIALISTS

At Limitless Outsourcing, we are looking for a Customer Operations & Sales Specialists to handle key parts of our customer journey. This position involves answering pre-sales questions, resolving post-purchase issues, and coordinating logistics. We are looking for creative problem-solvers who can think outside the box, reassure our clients, and keep our order processes running smoothly.

CORE TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Customers Through the Buying Process
Resolve Order Issues
Solve Problems
Maintain Accurate Records
Coordinate Deliveries
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

TECHNOLOGIES & SYSTEMS USED

Order Management: Oracle NetSuite & Shopify Admin
Customer Support: Gorgias (ticket management)
Phone System: Aircall (inbound & outbound customer calls)
Team Collaboration: Asana & Slack (task management and internal communication)
