Position Overview 

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team. The  successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and  analysis within our logistics division. This role requires close collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, optimize cost management, and  support the profitability of logistics operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare financial reports, including financial statements, variance analyses, and ad hoc reports for management. 
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance operational performance. 
• Support financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations for strategic initiatives and projects. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect financial information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. 
• Assist in implementing and maintaining financial systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable  regulations. 
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance and accounting.
  Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and other accounting software. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. 
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  High level of proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• German language skills.
