About the Role
We're not looking for an account manager.
We're looking for a *Sales Hunter*.
Someone who thrives on cold outreach, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and is driven by winning new business. You see opportunities where others see rejection and understand that every "no" gets you one step closer to a "yes."
You're ambitious, competitive, and take ownership of your results. You think like an entrepreneur and are motivated by performance.
Your Responsibilities

Make a minimum of *50 qualified outbound sales calls* every day.
Prospect and approach potential clients via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
Engage with decision-makers and book qualified meetings.
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
Close new business and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Who We're Looking For

You have a true hunter mentality.
You are ambitious, resilient, and don't give up after hearing "no."
You enjoy cold calling and closing deals.
You work independently and take full ownership of your results.
Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or cold calling is a strong advantage.
You are fluent in *English and Albanian. **Dutch is a strong advantage.*
