About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking WordPress Developer to support the management, maintenance, and development of client websites. This is a hands-on junior to mid-level role covering content management, basic administration, and plugin development or customization where required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and edit website content in WordPress
- Handle basic WordPress administration (updates, users, backups, configuration)
- Develop and customize plugins where required
- Build and adjust page templates and layouts
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites
- Help ensure site performance, security, and responsiveness
Requirements
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Junior to mid-level experience with WordPress
- Experience with content management and editing in WordPress
- Comfortable with basic WordPress administration
- Some plugin development or customization experience (PHP)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
