Employment: Full-Time. 
Location: On-Site Prishtina. 
Work-Hours: 08:30-17:00 CET

About The Role: 
As an ”Project Manager”, you will be responsible for delivering SRP:s service to our existing clients across Europe. You will work to understand each of our clients unique knowledge needs and help them attain the critical expertise they seek through identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and providing relevant experts to our clients on a project basis. 
Key Responsibilities: 

Main point-of-contact with clients in order to understand their specific needs
Source, recruit, onboard and deliver relevant experts on each of our clients projects
Adapt to a fast paced client driven environment with strong communication
Keep experts engaged and position them for various future client projects
Ensure excellent client service and experience through a proactive approach. 

Salary: 

Competitive Base Salary 
Monthly Commission 

Requirements: 

Fluent in English, both written and oral. 
Finance / Economics / Business / Management Degree (min. bachelor degree)
Previous work experience in recruitment / sales / project / event management or similar. 
Proven track-record and prior work experience of min 1-2 years uninterrupted.
