Account Manager — Kosovo

We've transformed 80+ brands across hospitality, fintech, consumer, wellness, and fashion — building brand strategy, identity, campaigns, and websites that don't just look good, but move enterprise value. We pair human craft with AI-powered creative, design, and development to work faster and push further, and we treat brand as an upstream strategic asset, not a downstream cost.
Now we're scaling, and we're looking for an Account Manager to own our client relationships — keeping the work on track, the clients close, and the accounts growing.
The role
You'll be the face of Schoolhouse Lane to the clients you manage and the connective tissue between them and our strategy, creative, and development teams. You'll turn client goals into clear briefs, keep projects on scope, on budget, and on time, and look for the moments to grow each account. This role lives or dies on relationships and follow-through — clients should feel like the work is in safe hands because it is.
