Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Kosovo time, Monday to Friday
Team: US-based team lead

About the Role

We're hiring Paid Search Specialists to own the setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Your focus is keyword strategy, campaign structure, bidding, budget pacing, conversion tracking, and continuous testing.

You'll work directly with a US-based team lead, so clear communication, ownership, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage paid search campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Develop and refine keyword strategy, match types, and negative keyword lists.
  • Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and daily spend with disciplined pacing.
  • Write and test ad copy (RSAs) and ad assets to improve relevance and performance.
  • Monitor Quality Score, impression share, and auction dynamics.
  • Test campaign structures, bidding approaches, and landing page alignment.
  • Track and act on core metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and conversions.
  • Report results and performance updates to the team lead.
  • Execute against campaign strategy set with the US-based team.
  • Ensure every campaign launches correctly and is monitored consistently.
  • Take ownership of assigned duties and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, AI Max, Shopping/PMax).
  • Strong grasp of keyword research, match types, bidding, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to read campaign data and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong English communication and sharp attention to detail.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work EST-aligned hours.
  • Willing to work from the office initially.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with US-based clients or teams.
  • Experience running lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and reporting.
  • A recognized paid search certification (e.g., Google Ads Search/Display/Shopping, Microsoft Advertising).
  • Experience on platforms beyond Google, such as Microsoft Ads or Amazon Ads.
